I could be wrong but..

For a properly privileged user, examining someone else's memory isn't
that difficult if I remember correctly..

> LOCK <userid> <firstpage> <lastpage> MAP
< VIRTPAGE REALPAGE
< <firstpage>  <firstpagereal>
< ....
< <lastpage>  <lastpagereal>

then for example

> D H<firstpagereal+<0-4095>>
or
> DIAG 04

Of course, this requires 'LOCK' and 'DISPLAY HOST' which means classes A+C|E
