I didn't think you were suggesting that at all.

Pretty much standard recommendation, so that's fine.

And my answer was directed to that situation.  If you're seeing (near) 
saturation of all the processors defined to a guest, add another one to the 
guest.  If you have multiple processors defined, and aren't saturating them, 
remove processors until you are saturating all but one of them.
