Hello!
I seem to remember a discussion regarding files of that type, those
and end in  MAILABLE, they are the VM equivalent of self extracting
files, or that's what I inferred. Try running the file and see what it
says, and do indeed remember to set it at the FIX 80 setting on its
way to your guest.
