The only difference between the two is the package selections. Starting with SP1, and continuing with SP2 (but less so), some more inter-package dependencies were introduced, so if you try to use the GA version, it will get a "package resolver failure." If the SP2 version fails for you as well, let me know and I'll create an SP1 version.
