The CTC connects but after yast has given up on finding the source.
Is there a way to delay the source/nosource decision?

I suspect that the installer still wants a gateway, name server, and
network mask, even though that doesn't make any sense with a CTC.  Try
adding this:
Gateway=199.42.190.45 Nameserver=199.42.190.45 Netmask=255.255.255.255

You might need to combine a couple of your shorter lines so you don't
run over the length limit.
