Perhaps you can use the z/VM Evaluation Edition code to evaluate
Hercules' implementation of z/Architecture. If z/VM works correctly,
then Hercules has implemented the architecture correctly. Chickens or
eggs, anyone?

That's kind of what I thought you'd say. I'm not sure we want to enable
people to violate IBM's license restrictions by responding to questions
about this kind of use.
That said, it'd be interesting to know what it would take to get
Hercules
verified. 8-)
