No I can't. I tried to connect to LINUXEKM (172.16.28.63) with PUTTY and could 
not connect. I received "connection timed out".

I could only get the LOGIN screen when I used PUTTY to 172.16.28.62 (NOVSTART). 
Then use SSH -X [email protected].

Is this a routing problem in our network?

You really can eliminate the middle-man and just PuTTY to LINUXEKM directly to 
do the install.
