Yes.  Once the installer has to prompt for information that was missing from 
the parmfile, it then drops into manual mode, and will prompt for all the 
remaining items it needs.  If a value for those items was in the parmfile, it 
will have that as the default value for the prompt, and you just need to hit 
enter to confirm it.

This problem with using Layer 2 during installation seems to be coming up more 
often now, so I asked one of my contacts in Germany about it.  He said the 
OSAHWaddr parameter is what you need to put into the parmfile to provide that 
value.
