The issue is the lack of 32bit cross-compiler $buildarch-to-i386 in
Fedora to be able to build the 32-bit BIOS during the build of the bochs
binary package. The 16-bit version is built with bcc/as86 from dev86 and
dev86 exists even on s390x and ppc/ppc64.
