I think that's correct; it's what SSH sets it to for me.

The X-Windows DISPLAY specification consists of three parts,
"hostname:display.screen".  This refers to the pseudo-X-display created by SSH
so it can send the data to your system via its encrypted tunnel.  The hostname
is "localhost" meaning the remote machine where SSH is listening; the display
number is "10" because SSH starts numbering there so it is unlikely to
conflict with an existing display on the remote system; and the screen number
is "0" meaning the first screen within that pseudo-display.  If you really
want more info on this, do "man X" and read the "DISPLAY NAMES" section.  But
you've probably heard enough. :-)
