Thanks for the plug  (No, I don't get any royalties :)) I should point out
that there is a *Redbook* for RHEL 6, but the latest *whitebook* (if you
will), documents RHEL 6.2.  That is at
http://www.vm.ibm.com/devpages/mikemac/CKB-VM62.PDF

You might want to bookmark my z/VM developer page
http://www.vm.ibm.com/devpages/mikemac/ - It always has the latest
Cookbook at the top.
