And for "external facing" or "cloud" guests, it's important to NOT
have the toolchain available.
You probably wouldn't want to have smaclient on an external facing or
cloud guest either.
We simply have a local build machine where we build stuff and then push
the binaries out to the guests that need them.
Prebuilding smiucv "should" be possible. I just wouldn't want to get
into having to support multiple versions for multiple distros.
Fortunately, it's about as basic an app can be, so it should be able to
be built once and run everywhere.
