If you don't want to point that server at the Internet, can you point it at
some other internal server running SMT?
https://www.suse.com/documentation/smt11/
SMT is pretty easy to setup.

There have been hundreds of fixes since SLES 11 SP3 came out. Even if you took
the list from them, you are still out of date.

OK: I got your point.
I have:

suse-sam-0.8.4-0.7.1
suse-sam-data-0.8.4-0.5.2

(Are these up-to-date versions ?)

Sorry in advance for any duplication you would deteect in following
question:
knowing that the repository is not up-to-date and there is no way to refresh,
is there a way to download an official list of available RPMs corresponding to
a specific Service Pack ? By getting this list I could start my compare
activity that, of course, will include a lot of manual actions.

By the way, there's no way to access an update repository because this z/Linux
has been designed not to have access to internet IBM Italia S.p.A.
