This is an online conferencing center, if you register for a user name and
password (it's free) you can come in and become a member of the Elks86
conference. The dialog is usually kept a little neater there and it is all
immediatly archived! If anyone starts to show up it'll be great, if you
have problems regestering tell me.

follow the directions on that page and the subsequent one, then click on the
Elks86 conference, opt to "become a member and make it a part of your
conference list" then goto the welcome item and start posting there. I'll
tell how to make new items when some people show up.
