if you want to find out quick, snuggle up another pc next to yours,
and power the maxtor off of it. course, if its a latency thing
during bootup, you'll have to power up both machines at the same
time to find out if thats the case and not the power supply.
could always buy a 400 watt and never have to worry bout these things again ;)
