Shame about the MSI, looks like BP6 is actually the better option at this
time.  I'm not very keen on those flimsy Airfix type mechanisms to hold
slotted CPUs either.  My linux servers at work, have heavy duty rack cases,
which would soak up lots of punishment, inside the CPUs held in place by
something out of a cereal packet.  (Those are Asus DB6 dual mobos mostly,
which are supposed to run dual Celereons reliably with Slocket adapters).

I don't think you need to buy other single-celeron mobo's, the BP6 has only
ever had
lockups for me, with 2 processors fitted.  So you could try that and then
e-bay the spares.
