Thank you for proving my point and for providing that wonderful Bible passage.
That's not quite what you said, now is it?

I don't see anywhere in that passage where Jesus says that drinking wine on
Sundays expresses love for him.

The were showing that they were hungry and having their passover dinner.

OK, I come to a few pages which lets me narrow the big list:

United States | English | California |

I then narrow my search to Web Developers (from a choice of about 16
services) | Within 100 miles of Los Angeles

And end up looking at a list of 285 companies.

That looks pretty proportional to their claim of 32,000 worldwide!

A 2000 year time span?! I don't think so. You're the one who said 3000BC,
not me. Since you're trying to waffle on the date, it's obvious you can't
back up your statement. I'll let you have 3500BC to 2900BC.

Let's stick to your original assertion. You said it, not me. You said:
"In 3000BC, the standard included massive rape of the women of the defeated
and mass sacrifices of the defeated soldiers." This said during a debate
on of God's law and how it related to war and murder.

It's really very simple. I asked you to back up this claim. Four posts later
and you still haven't. YOu've only tried to change the subject and side-step
the fact that you put out.

BSD as a free operating system only showed up slightly before Linux, thanks
to the work of the Computer Science Research Group at the University of
California. Then it got bogged down in a lawsuit with AT&T's Unix Systems
Group (later Unix Systems Labs) that was only settled when it was discovered
that USG/USL had uses BSD code extensively without giving credit.

This delay corresponded with the first release of Linux, letting Linux get
a foothold in people's minds that BSD never could surpass. It's all about
mindshare, after all.

Without Linus, BSD would have come out as a viable OS a year later, but
with a much more solid kernel underneath. I don't think the eventual outcome
would have changed much.

I don't think the GPL has anything to do with it. The BSD license is entirely
compatible with the GPL, even with the much-derided "advertising clause". After
all, Linux has the same restriction... through trademark rather than copyright
law, but the end result is the same.

Yet Windows (as the question asked for) - NT 3.51, I think - can quite
happily run on either.

FWIW, according to Microsoft, NT Server 4's NTFS was journaling. So that
would mean they developed it a considerable time ago.

Actually, it pretty much is. I said "he ased his fellows to drink the wine
that is his blood".

Here he says to his disciples (his fellows) "drink from [this wine] all of
you. This is my blood"

I'd say it was close enough for government work. Yet you said Jesus didn't
say that.

What day was it[1]? What was the purpose of drinking it?

[1] Keep in mind when the hebrew tradition says the day ends and begins.

Who the fuck cares.

If it takes LoseDOS 5 servers to just convert the home page, that's an
INDICTMENT of the their product

The ONLY thing that Mafiasoft was able to convert were a couple of
front-end web pages. The REAL work is ***STILL*** being done on Unix.

1. Set up 25 Unix machines, all ready to roll out except for the users' data.
2. RCP the data from the 5,000 LoseDOS machines to the Windows machines.
3. change the entries in the DNS server.
4. install Linux on the 5,000 LoseDOS servers, and donate them to schools.

2-month operation, at most!
