I noticed that .. my windows telnet client ( 2 kinds of application) received which once it has received and more.. if it received big size data then it doesn't retransmit.. only one or several bytes data are transmitted again.. and even the size of which is retransmitted is bigger than the number of IP size field of it. Is there any reason? Does telnet protocol character-handshake in small size data?
