Hello, > Let me explain the problem. I downloaded Xlinx Web pack 4.1. I'm still using an old version (3.1), but they should essentially be the same.

Wrong choice. As I wrote in the previous posting, you need to start the "XPLA Device programmer". You started the "Device Programmer", which is another program that does not work for this purpose. You should try the "XPLA device programmer". Should be somewhere in the web pack as well. Well, at least I hope it is still there in version 4.1 . > What am I missing here ?? You probably started the wrong program :) Unfortunately, I'm still using an old version (where it works :) ), so I can't tell which program you need to start. Look for the "XPLA programmer" - I have no idea why, but it works with CoolRunner-CPLDs. Sincerely, Thilo -- Thilo A.
