PCI PnP

Hi,
  I am trying to install PCI internal modem.  This is a PnP card, but pnpdump 
cannot detect this card (and so I think isapnp doesn't work for it).   If I/O 
port and irq are detected, I think it can be configured with setserial.  Does 
anyone have a good idea?
