This looks all wrong. First, you are bouncing all of your local network
traffic off of your gateway. Second, while you say "add -net", you are
adding the address of a specific host.
If I am undetrstanding your setup correctly, you just want to direct local
traffic to the "eth0" interfafce. You would do this by:
route add -net 137.226.73.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 eth0
