I assume that you mean that your own IP address is 137.226.73.10, and that
137.226.73.1 is your gateway to the internet. If so:
# Define the network interface.
ifconfig eth0 137.226.73.10 netmask 255.255.255.0 broadcast 137.226.73.255
# Enable direct access to the local network, including access to the
# internet gateway (which is on the local network).
route add -net 137.226.73.0 dev eth0 netmask 255.255.255.0
# Enable access to the internet via the gateway.
route add default gw 137.226.73.1 eth0
You will have to do the same setup on your DNS machine, 137.226.73.222,
except that you will, of course, have to supply the correct address to
ifconfig. Then, in "/etc/resolv.conf" on 137.226.73.10, specify:
nameserver 137.226.73.222
