To make this a little clearer...

Get a local serial connection and a console into the cisco, eg using
minicom on a linux box.

Power cycle the cisco box.

When it's booting up, send a Break signal to it, then you'll get a
configuration menu from where you'll be able to reset all the
passwords.

This might depend on the exact model of the cisco box you have there,
but it works on ours.
