Hi all, i'm facing a problem... I just read that sometimes the m/c doesn't use whole of the RAM i.e. like My m/c has 128MB ram but when i executed $cat /etc/meminfo it shows mem=64MB.. They suggested what can be done at the boot time at LILO:type mem=128M then i again executed the same thing.. this time it gave me mem 128 MB .. Can anyone explain me the whole logic? How can i permanently do the same thing otherwise i have to type everytime when i boot the M/C..
