Copy db2setup to db2setup.orig
Then modify db2setup and add the line 
set -x
at the start

Now run, and see the command that is not being found.  If it is an
invocatuion to ksh, you may need to install the pdksh package.  Quite
possible.

Try installing teh pdksh package first, actually.  Should work.
