Hi,
SO finally, time to move off RedHat, i guess. Not that I've got
any Licencing issues that I'm sentimentally attached with, but I'm kinda
getting sick of me-too's flashing Redhat CD's into my face all around the
place. That magical hacker touch is lost from RedHat, for me. So time to
move to yet little-explored areas... till its time to move again. Debian
Ahoy! So all the 'fun' people..... have you got a Debian CD? A few months
back, some Debian CD's were given out by Samir... can someone loan me one
of them for a week or so?
Regards,
Sundeep.
P.S -- Tried out Caldera OpenLinux eDesktop 2.4 ( phew!), from the
Original pack Kishore so kindly gifted ;) to me. Rocks! Its _the_ thing
for newbies. Look for a review at the next www.linux-delhi.org update,
sometime 2005.
P.P.S -- Ok, with 17 gigs to spare, I'm on an OS installation spree. Guess
how many partitions? 13! Uh, but thats not the point. The point is that
one of those finally has FreeBSD 3.4 on it. The jet black screen holds the
promise of umpteen other man pages. Another review, one of these
centuries.
