[linux-delhi] FYI: Dell laptop

This is just FYI.

I installed VMWare on a Dell laptop on top of Win2000.

After uninstalling VMWare the CDROM refuses to function.
I have tried every possible solution but no go.
I have sent three e-mail to VMWare from their website.
Have got no reply since one week.
Called them up and was told that no telephone support is available.
