Uncontrolled Dialing

Getting somewhere now, Diald is working!!!

My current problem is that my box keeps trying to connect even though I am not trying 
to connect or route frames to the remote network.
The entries is my /var/log/messages are:

 

Just a sample!!!

Can I do a tcpdump of the WAN interface? Anyone have any ideas.
