I recently downloaded and installed diald top but when I run the program
there seems to be no packets in or out, that's accdg to diald top. But
since my irc and icq works I think it could be a problem with diald
top. While on the topic, I have several computers that check email and
may surf the web and I do want diald to put the link up for this, but
the some computers also have icq, and I think this will prevent diald
from bringing the link down since icq will send packets out to its
server from time to time, right?

Is there anyways of preventing icq from keeping the link up/down?
