Make a symlink from where it is to where it needs to be.

You can use the --nodeps option and it will work. This happens to e
pretty often when someone makes an rpm that looks someplace other than
the standard install area, or looks at the standard or I have it in a
non-standard place. I've yet to have one fail with --nodeps because
when the program runs it makes a call for the library, rather than
looking in a particular place for it. It's just the rpm that's
braindead.
