Yes there is.  Go to http://rufus.w3.org <http://rufus.w3.org> .
There are thousands of RPM packages there!!!  You might also want to
download a more recent version of diald; it's up to v0.99.1 now.  Don't
forget the diald configuration file as well for RedHat.  You want version
0.16.x (not sure about the last digit).
