To get rid of this you must get a newer version of the source. Get
0.99.1 if possible since its the newest.
These got solved about 0.98.2 I think.
You can also get a precompiled rpm package, but make sure it is
compiled against the libraries on your system, since most precompiled
0.99.1 versions are compiled against glibc.
A precompiled version for your system is diald-0.16.5a-?.i386.rpm and
don't forget the corresponding diald-config package.
