Hi,
Any ideas why diald will dial up the internet?
And why then when I do a manual bring up (from a crontab) can I no longer
access the systme (http, or telnet into it?). I can not get into the
system when crontab brings it up (using ifup ppp0). any ideas?
P.S. The system is connected, and I've had the network department at my
ISP (I work therE) check and the account is on-line and I have the Ip from
it. (also outgoing packets don't seem to get out (but I haven't proved it
yet))
