I haven't been able to get diald working properly yet but you should be
able to use ipmasq (linux only?) on the server to do what you want.  I can
use almost all services from my networked workstations (Linux & Windows)
without trouble.

I think you'll just need to add a script to start up masquerading after
the ppp line goes up.  I'm thinking ip-up is the diald option to look
into.  A good example script can be found in the ipmasq how-to or the
ipchains how-to
