Thank you all for the replies, but I am still having problems getting diald
to come up automatically.
I am using the standard.filter rule set and I have am bringing diald up with
debug 31 option. Whenever I use ping to try and bring up a connection
nothing ever seems to happen and when I check the sys logs nothing has been
added.
when I start up the diald I do get a message saying unknown option
'up-delay'. It also says it is using FIFO /etc/diald.ctl
