You need the Elecard / Moonlight UDP Streaming Application. http://www.elecard.com/download/
There's also http://dvbvideolan.mine.nu/
not perfect as it goes out of sync frquently, but works with linux dvbstream, is a nice player (based on elecard codec) with always on top, resync button etc. and after all helped me watch most of the world cup on my laptop :).
