that's the SAW filter. You need to look for the demodulator, this should

be a pretty big (maybe 2..3cm length of each side) chip labeled with 
e.g. NXT6000 (this would be the one used on the old Nebula cards - but 
maybe they have changed this - ). Since the TDED4 has no demodulator 
built-in, this chip is probably located nearby the tuner metal can in 
your case.
