Just guessing here, but I think it is not wise to use both dracut and
live-boot at the same time.

On the other hand, the only difference which should matter for you is
the path to FAI nfsroot, and this is a rather trivial change. You may be
able to move the kernel manually if needed, or use symbolic links to
overcome the difference in nfsroot location.
