Only if it assumed the guests were all already running when the stonith
plugins get instantiated, which seems to be the only time at which
stonithd retrieves that list.
A better fix might be to re-retrieve these periodically.
What for? When RA receives "reset" or "off" it can run "xm list" on
all given Xen0 and kill a node where it finds it.
