I always installed pacemaker from the OpenSuSE build server. pacemaker there
was depending on heartbeat-2. So
deb
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/server:/ha-clustering/Debian_Etch/ ./

in the sources.list,
apt-get update
apt-get install pacemaker pacemaker.pygui

resultet three weeks ago in the following installation:

# dpkg -l | grep "heartbeat\|pacemaker"
ii heartbeat 2.1.3-18
Subsystem for High-Availability Linux
ii pacemaker 0.6.5-1
High-Availability cluster resource manager f
ii pacemaker-pygui 1.4-1
Python based Pacemaker GUI

and a working cluster. Now OpenSuSE Build server package does not work any
more as described above.
apt-cache search does not find any pacemaker any more.
