I am not installing heartbeat or pacemaker from debian repositories. pacemaker
and (old) heartbeat from there of course will conflict, since both have CRM
included.

The latest heartbeat 2.1.3 without CRM is included in the pacemaker repository
of OpenSuSE. And that repository is broken at the moment. This thread does
not concern the debian repositories.
