(Not aiming at Andrew personally) I love it when actual users repeatedly tell the vendor "it took me 2 days to get the old one up from scratch, it takes me a week to get the new one running now that I know how it's done", and the vendor replies "I dispute that". This is the kind of thing that makes me tell people that compared to linux/drbd/nfs, a $40K netapp is cheap at the price.
