Hello Tomi and Co Sorry I can't quote your message, or set my line length properly, I'm using Lotus Notes at work here. The idea of using a dummy NET/ROM callsign is so obvious, but so good and at least in my eyes doesn't appear as a kudge. Its just the same conceptually as when you had a BPQ system which had both a node and a BBS, the BBS never appeared as a NET/ROM interlink callsign, but in effect was hidden behind the node with a suitably high quality. Still its got me thinking about modifying ax25d to allow for a wildcard on the SSID, like: [G4KLX-$ VIA 144] or similar, with the $ indicating a wildcard. The * has already been used for something else and it would make parsing a little easier. It would save some finger work at least. Jonathan HB9/G4KLX
