You will need ax25-utils for packet and kiss (or just any packet
processing via the kernel), but XFBB uses a special host mode with
the PTC-II via ttySx. Go back to the docs, and redo port.sys. It
should be enough. I have a file with setup instructions for
XFBB/PTC-II combo, but is not at hand here now....
