I found a "firmware version 2.7" file which implements psk31 for the
ptc2 at http://www.scs-pct.com/download/ptcv27.exe. It probably
implements psk31 in addition to the regular pactor code.
Just in case it does not, don't despair -- psk31 can definitely be
done with a soundcard. (It's just teletype using psk and fancy
coding, so there are no turnaround timing requirements whatsoever).
