I think I started with the Athena widgets, but I never worked out how to create a
window for using straight X calls, for the map. It happens to be very easy in
Motif. I have heard of LessTif, I have an up to date Linux archive CD set at home,
I'll check it tonight. Its a real pain that the floppies (I also brought a copy of
