sattrack for linux OS

Hi there folks.
Can anyone inform me of a source for downloading sattrack for the linux OS.
I've tried several sources but getting a bit confused with what I get.
e.g. I downloaded sattrack.tgz but after I unzipped and tarred the
directories and files the directory tree was in total conflict with the
"README" file.It also appeared that sattrack.tgz is for the UNIX OS.
