linux-hams is sloooooow..

I have noticed that a mail from me, posted to linux-hams
takes about 1-2 days before it ends up on the list.
Can someone do something about this?

Because of this, I mostly don't bother cc'ing to the list,
but always directly mail to the mail owner.
Anyone else have this problem?
