I'm in the process of moving my stuff away from zone.pspt.fi (which is
owned by, and located at the technology institute where i used to study).
The ftp and web services (including the AX.25 utils distribution, mailing
list archives, etc) are being moved to ftp.hes.iki.fi / hes.iki.fi, my own
domain, which I can easily point to where i would happen to be
studying/working at a given moment... my mailing lists have been moved to
lists.hes.iki.fi, a majordomo/zmailer setup very much alike vger, but with
near-zero load (running only the clx and clusse lists, and a bunch of
smaller lists for my other hobbies, friends and friends hobbies).
lists.hes.iki.fi could easily handle the traffic, if we'd decide to move
there, but i'd doubt if moving makes much sense. vger has so far been very
stable, reliable and well maintained, and with all the major linux lists
residing there... if it gets into serious trouble, there will be someone
to either donate hardware to davem, or host all of the lists at a
bigger/better/more reliable and trusted site.
And the pain of moving, updating all the documentation...
