Hi Tomi, I am talking experiance with Croatia. I have friend who uses my
bbs via the gateway from Croatia. Jimmy lives on the coast and the gateway
is at a University inland. The link is 1200 baud and gets very slow with
heavy use.

Have heard about the Serbian high speed packet. Around 1900 Serbia
had some of the best schools for engineering. Testla came to the US and
got a patent on 3 phase power! He built some of the most powerful
transmitters of the early 1900's. I guess the schools are still active
there and that is great!
